I’m so glad you’re here! Building a lactation practice is hard—like, really hard. I’m a Registered Nurse and IBCLC, and even with a master’s degree in Nursing Administration, no one ever taught me how to run a business. I knew how to support families, not how to build websites, choose scheduling systems, stay HIPAA compliant, create forms, or deal with insurance, billing, and budgets. It was overwhelming, and honestly—I didn’t even know what I didn’t know.

But I figured it out.
And looking back over the past five years, I’m so proud of what’s been built.

Today, I own a multi-state private practice with 18 lactation consultants, an incredible admin team, and full in-network insurance operations. I now work mostly from home, manage operations, and see patients one day a week—giving me the flexibility I always hoped for as a mom.

Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned and using it to help other lactation consultants build the practices they dream of—practices that support their lives just as much as the families they serve. I’d love to help you create systems that actually work and give you room to breathe again.
