Before becoming a lactation consultant, she spent six years working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she gained extensive experience supporting infants and families through both challenges and milestones.
Her NICU background inspired her passion for guiding parents in their feeding journeys. At Thrive Lactation, Kaylie provides compassionate, evidence-based care designed to empower families—whether that means breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both. She is committed to helping parents in Estero and surrounding communities feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Originally from Minnesota, Kaylie and her family relocated to Florida in 2022 to embrace the sunshine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, exploring local zoos, playing outdoors, and making the most of Florida’s beaches, coffee shops, and ice cream spots.
